I borrowed this card from my friend, Donna - Thank you! It is so cute and so easy too! A lot of times I don't think to leave the card base "open" for everyone to see. But some tone-on-tone stamping fills up the space very nicely! A little bit of DSP and some ribbon. Beautiful! I will also admit I have yet to make a "tag" with my Stampin stuff (bit of a heads up I will be hosting a Christmas Tag Class should be fun!) I love how she added the small tag to the front of the card - simple and sweet and adds dimension to the front.
Then, BAM, on the inside she adds an other cute tag! Wonderful! I often forget that the inside of my cards need Stampin too and this is a great way to add without always having to put a sentiment.
Great card and thank you again Donna for letting me post it!!

Card guts
Here is the Card guts for last month (a bit late with this post sorry!) The flag DSP was a challenge to use but I am quite happy with the turn out! The supplies we were given were
- Whisper White card back
- A piece of the Flag DSP (from the Maritime collection)
- And a piece of Real Red
I am going to be giving this card to my hubby as today we celebrate our 8 year anniversary! And I can truly say I am more in love with him now than ever!
Dee-Litefully Yours,
Diana

Modge Podge
I have spent some time going through my scarps and I am trying to use up what I have instead of cutting into new paper. I put this card together pretty quickly and using DSP I had lying around and some other shapes that had been punched out for me. For this card I added a bit of a twist, I asked my boys to help me with it! It was so much fun! They had fun putting the pieces together and gluing it all down. Boo had the most fun and was able to stay at it the longest. After a bit of time (and argument)this is the card that the three of them came up with - pretty neat eh?

Neutral Card Guts
This card was made from the "card guts" that my team leader gave us at the meeting. Basically what happens is - as a challenge she gives us all a pack of "card guts", left over pieces of paper that we have to use to make a card or a 3D project. We then bring our creation into the next meeting and are entered into a draw to win all the card gut projects for that night. I think it is a great idea and really gets the creative juices flowing. I can't wait to see what everyone else does with theirs!
I was given, the three neutral pieces of paper (Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla and Early Espresso) and to figure out what I was going to do with them. So I decided to do a spin off of the tree card I showed you earlier this week. I LOVE my circle punches and the colours just spoke to me of a night scene so with my trusty punch I made the half moon and added a "shadow" to it. Then I used my pretty rhinestones to make it look like stars (that's what it looks like to me anyway). It still felt like it needed more so I added a little bit of Early Espresso twine to the top corner. Some dimensionals all over the back and I was done! This is different from other cards I have made as I haven't really tried "shadowing" objects before, what do you think?
An other day is about to begin and being as it is Thursday it is going to be a busy one! I hope you all have a Dee-liteful day - and try to get creative!
